Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions of access and use of the Drive Crew mobile application (hereinafter "the Application"), published by Drive Crew, a French limited liability company (SARL) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 109 251 223 (hereinafter "the Publisher").

2. Acceptance

Using the Application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use the Application.

3. Description of the service

Drive Crew is a mobile application that enables car enthusiasts to:

• Organize and join group drives (convoys)
• Create and join car events (festivals)
• Communicate in real time via voice messages while driving
• Report geolocated road alerts
• Create and manage car clubs
• Navigate with a shared real-time route

4. Registration and user account

Access to the Application requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep login credentials confidential. Any use of the Application under their credentials is deemed to have been made by the user.

5. Responsible use

The user agrees to:

• Obey traffic laws at all times
• Not use the Application in a way that endangers their safety or the safety of others
• Not operate the Application while driving (use voice commands)
• Not publish unlawful, offensive or immoral content
• Not use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Personal data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The user has the right to access, correct and delete their data.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the Application (design, code, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The Publisher strives to ensure the availability of the Application but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application.

The Publisher disclaims all liability in the event of an accident occurring while using the Application. The user remains solely responsible for their driving.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material change. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time from the Application. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
